Q. I am not able to complete the course due to technical issues.

Delay in completion of the course may happen due to various reasons. Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Delete browser cookies.
  • Update the Flash Player.
  • Update your browser to the latest version. Particularly Internet Explorer (IE 7 or higher) and Firefox (3.x or higher).
  • If you are using Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Internet Options > switch to the “Advanced” Tab > scroll down to the “Multimedia” sub-heading > make sure the box next to “Play sounds in web pages” is checked > Click “ok” > Restart Internet Explorer and test to see if the audio plays.

Q. How do I book my certificate exam once the training is complete?

For booking your exam through Wanforce, kindly create a ticket by logging into our Dedicated Support facility at the top of this page. Ensure that you provide your home/communication address as well as preferred exam date and time in the ticket description. We will then duly book the exam and share the voucher with you.
